“These were much bigger than any I have bought before in the UK. I made veal marsala with half of them, it was enough for 4 adults with some mashed potatoes. My favourite veal dish is simply with lemon, but a family favourite is the Swiss Zurich style veal with roesti or homemade spaetzli - yum :)”

I've only cooked one so far.
Dipped in egg, breadcrumbs (twice), pan fried.
Served with boiled baby potatoes, with a mixture of lemon and orange juice squeezed over the veal, finished off with chopped parsley. The veal was very tender and full of flavour.”
