“Beautiful pork, I split it, put it between 2 sheets of baking paper, bash it until thin then flour, egg and breadcrumb then flash fry. OR slice into little rounds and smother in a mustard cream sauce with piles of sweetheart cabbage and mash. Wonderful, I had forgotten how delicious great pork could be.”
