“Very evenly distributed fat:flesh. Roasted in the oven, low and slow, in a covered dish, then compressed overnight and roasted cubes of the meat the following day in a hot oven to make the most delicious, juicy and crispy (the skin that is) nuggets for a take on sweet & sour. Excellent quantity for a family of 4 with 2 huge teenage boys! Great value for money.”

“Whilst the pork meat is delicious, the scoring wasn’t deep enough for good crackling. This time didn’t get any at all. Disappointed.”
