“Tender and delicious steaks. We like medium rare - bring up to room temperature for half to three-quarters of an hour, smear one side with butter and liberally sprinkle with black pepper, into a pre-heated dry frying pan (butter side down) 3 min each side and then rest for 5 - 10 min”
