“Absolutely fantastic. I marinated the night before with fresh ground pepper and coriander. Next day, heated to oven to full and then put the beef in for 15 minutes. Turned it down to 180 and left it for 90 minutes. It was done, but only rare, so I left it for another 30 minutes.
WOW, it came out really great, could not wait to taste it. Cut off some of the outside and left the remainder to rest for 10 minutes.
Sliced it all (2 kgs) and 4 of us helped ourselves to a most wonderful dinner. Leftovers, 6/7 slices we had the following day in sandwiches and the taste was just as fantastic.
I will definitely order this again and again.”
