“I've bought these on numerous occasions. Unfortunately this last purchase was below the expected ans precious quality. I wondered why it was cheaper than before. I fell it was because the meat quality was so poor. I cooked them as i always do, low and long triple wrapped to capture any steam. The meat was tough and stringy. Fat is good it provides flavour but this was stringy. Very unfortunate and disappointing.”
