“Need to cut very thinly as maybe a little chewy- lovely in a wrap with onions and peppers topped with a sweet hot chili sauce.”

“Banging! Used in a Mexican meal. Once sliced the two steaks are enough for four easily. Great cut of steak, first time I've tried it and will definitely have it again. Excellent!”
