“Beautifully tender. Then today we had the Sirloin Steaks & they were yummy too. Unfortunately for the first time our order was a day late arriving & we had a hospital appointment. I forgot to unpack it until the evening & found it all defrosted. Fortunately I have an Aga & family nearby who all enjoyed their share. A blow for me as it was to go into my freezer. Top class meat though. I haven’t been disappointed with anything I have received.”
“It is my 70th birthday today and I had a family lunch with the meat which was amazing. The meat was seasoned last night and this morning it's dry look made an excellent taste. We had a mixture of medium rare to well done....yes I know it's a sacrilege , but it worked well for the 4 of us. Thank you Campbells, I will save up for the next one unless you want to send me one for Xmas!”
