“This might be a tad dearer than what you buy from your local supermarket, but in my opinion it far outways supermarket stewing steak. There is no need to trim excess fat as there is hardly any. Unlike supermarket bought which in the past I have almost a quarter of the weight reduced because of all the fat on it.”
