“I'm a huge fan of this so far! It's very juicy and has an acidity that's very much to my linking, not very citrusy and just right. It's been fantastic in the v60 and the frenchpress. The grind size needs to be adjusted, (go slightly higher than you need). I suspect this might be due to the bean size or my grinder (baratza encore) but have been getting consistent results after that. Very delicious, will buy again!!”
