“The dress was just fine. Even on my 5'10" frame, the dress length was okay (a little short but nothing crazy). The color was also nice and the fabric felt thick and soft. The tie itself didn't want to tighten from the top when pulled and even when going section by section, the top always somehow seemed loose by the time I tightened the bottom. I have added corset-style tie backs to some of my own dresses and haven't had this problem, so I think it has something to do with the material or the construction. I'm not sure. The seam across the belly was not flattering on me either (but that might be a me issue). The worst part of my experience with aym was the customer service though. No one was rude, it was just non-existent when I reached out. I had trouble with tracking. Both the aym website and the Shop tracking app were saying my tracking number didn't exist which made me concerned about the order itself. I reached out to the aym info@aym-studio.com email three separate times over the course of two weeks and didn't receive a single reply. Once I received the dress and decided to return it, I did have communication with someone through that email but not in response to my original emails/concerns (simply in response to the return request). The person I corresponded with was very professional and polite. I think this company has beautify designs and maybe a different style of dress would have suited me better, but I'm wary to try again considering my experience. They really need to work on responding to emails.”

That’s absolutely not the standard of care we strive to provide at AYM, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to feel like your emails were going unanswered, particularly when you had concerns about your delivery. After looking into this, I can see our Customer Care team did send a response on the 16th of July, but unfortunately it appears the email failed to send correctly in our system. We sincerely apologise for this error. We’ve since followed up and sent another message to your email to ensure you’re supported properly moving forward.
