“Ordered this dress as a wedding guest outfit. Albeit the dress is beautiful, the cleavage is way too deep and personally, I do not find it appropriate for a wedding. Have to note here though that I have a shorter torso, so that might also be the issue here. Additionally, the corset sinches in the upper part of the waist, but definitely does not hide "love handles" or belly "pouch", which I came to expect. Otherwise, the dress is well made and beautiful, I will keep it but wear it with spanx underneath for more coverage. One more minus - fabric shows sweat stains.”

“I returned this dress almost a month ago - I received a confirmation that it had been accepted by AYM, however, I'm yet to receive a refund or a reply to my query. The automatic reply warns that a second query will push my first query to the bottom of the list so I have no way of contacting AYM for an update. AYM also does not pay for postage for returns. It's been a disappointing experience.”

We understand your frustration concerning the delay in receiving a refund and the lack of communication from our Customer Support Team. I can see a member did get back to you and this issue has now been resolved. With regards to our returns; if you are returning your item for a refund, you are able to generate a pre-paid returns label. A deduction fee will then be taken from your refund to cover part of the return shipping cost. We off-set the cost of the return shipping so that this cost is shared.
