“The dress fits just right, and I have no complaints about the quality. But I was taxed over 100 euros for 2 dresses which was not indicated anywhere on the website. So keep that in mind when purchasing something from them.”

“Wow!! Initially I wrote a review expressing my disappointment in not receiving my purchase after almost two months of waiting. The dress has finally arrive and I would officially like to retract my initial review. This dress is stunning. The fit, the material, and the flattering shape are incredible even for curvier girls. I am so happy with this product I will purchase more items and GLADLY wait as long as necessary. The customer service team is kind and are willing to take ownership when things aren’t going right. I am so happy with the product and will now be patient in future purchase.”

“This website is a scam. I ordered the dress as a international client from Canada on November 26 2022 and it is now January 1st and have received nothing. The shipping and tracking process is not sensitive enough for overseas clients. I was scammed. If u are an international buyer I recommend not purchasing. Wish I had received the item so I could give a real review about the fit and quality.”

Hi Laura, I'm so sorry to hear that your order has been delayed. We've been experiencing terrible delays in the postal services here in the UK as there are strikes happening. We're doing everything we can to manage this effectively, but it is very evident we've let you down on this order. We are a small business - only 2 customer care team members which has been a challenge given the delays created by strikes! Though we will definitely take your feedback on board for this. I can see that your order has been shipped and delivered on the 3rd January. I hope that this helps though I understand completely how disappointing it is to not have clarity on delivery times. Once again, I'm so sorry for the experience you've had with us.
