How was the product fit? Perfect Fit

How comfortable was it? Uncomfortable

“The dress is pretty enough, but absolutely not worth the amount of money or effort I had to put in to receive it. The fabric seems seamless online, but when wearing it, you can see the bobbles of the added pockets on the side. Not only that, my package took over 2 months to arrive (I live in the Netherlands, and this is sent from the UK so that's a tad long for that distance) and I had to pay extra costs on top to accept the package. 100 something euro's + 25 euro's to even receive it? For a dress that is a 2 out of 5? Yeah, no. not doing that again.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review and feedback, we are so sorry to hear about your experience with us and the garment did not fit in the way you had hoped. I will pass these comments onto our design team. We unexpectedly, (but very gratefully) experienced a larger than usual influx of orders over the recent months. This has meant that it has taken longer than anticipate to make our garments, as our sewing machinists can only sew one item at a time. Each item is individually and ethically, handcrafted by our team of talented sewing machinists here in the UK. All of whom take great pride in their work, ensuring that your items are constructed to the highest standard and quality, something we simply would never want to sacrifice. We are committed to quality and want to make sure every garment is made to the highest quality possible. In order for us to maintain the quality while we have an increased number to make, this does mean that it took longer for us overall to achieve the completion of your order. We are sorry you have received an unexpected custom charge. Since brexit, customs and duties are applicable on orders from the UK to the EU and are the responsibility of the receiver. As a small business, this is unfortunately a cost that we are currently unable to cover. We understand that customs charges are somewhat frustrating and we hope that offering free shipping to the EU helps to counteract some of these costs. Unfortunately our free shipping service does not cover any costs imposed by the receiving country for taxes and duties which varies by country. We are looking into options to help with this issue and hopefully we are able to implement this as soon as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Kind regards, The team at AYM

“Dress weighed too much to travel with. Was odd fitting and stuck out at the pockets. Not a comfortable fit, unflattering and all around disappointed”
