How was the product fit? Too Small

How comfortable was it? Uncomfortable

“It’s mostly just frustration with the returns/exchanges. I wanted to size up to a Medium because the small was a bit too tight but in order to exchange it I would’ve have to pay an additional $80 +to ship it back. So now I’m out the cost of the dress, have a dress that doesn’t fit, and would have to spend at least $80 more to remedy this! Annoying! I’m a size 4 which is typically a small but I have a bigger chest.”

“Took way longer than advertised to be delivered meaning that I was unable to wear it for the my graduation and had to spend more money on a back up dress. As I no longer needed this one I had to return it and was out £10 because of your return policy. So I essentially paid £10 for stress and a headache.”

We understand how frustrating it must have been for you to have to spend more money on a back-up dress and also return the dress. We do offer a pre-paid return shipping label, If you are returning your items for a refund, you are able to generate a pre-paid returns label, A deduction fee will then be taken from your refund to cover part of the return shipping cost. We off-set the cost of the return shipping so that this cost is shared. For our UK customers, £3.99 will be deducted from your refund. We would like to further understand your experience and find out how we can make things better for you. We would be grateful if you could elaborate further on your experience so that we can take necessary steps to avoid such unfortunate events in future. Thank you again for your feedback. “Classic black dress that will last for years. It is figure fitting. I am a petite person with a pear shaped body. I am 122 lbs and measure 5ft1. I ordered size small. A little big on my shoulders.”

“I’m a bit between sizes (US 4/6), depending on the style of dress or how I want it to fit on me. The sizing guide is super helpful for this dress!! Most of my measurements matched with UK 8 size, but it is a snug fit, so just be aware. This dress is so flattering and I wore it for my birthday and felt amazing in it! This dress is a perfect essential for your wardrobe and a perfect dress to wear when going out :)”
