“Decided to stop lugging my Peli box around, too heavy at my age. Opted for the Wychwood boat bag. Plenty of room for all my fly fishing tackle . Good quality, plenty of pockets etc . Zips all work well and has a great should strap and 2 rod holders on the top. All in all a great functional bag”

“Used my bag for the first time yesterday, boat fishing on Llyn Clywedog. Rain was attrocious, but using the built-in rain cover, my things stayed dry. One slight criticism is that the reels storage area only accommodates 6 reels/cassettes. Ideally, I'd have liked more, but otherwise the bag is fine.”

“Decided to change from a wheeled box to a bag. Having sought views from others with a similar bag, I purchased the boatman bag. It carries all the tackle I need with 2 x reels and 19 spools in the top section, together with a number of A4 fly boxes and other bits and pieces in the bottom section. Having used it several times recently I am more than happy with the boatman bag and would recommend to anyone wanting to make a change.”

“Excellent Bag. i loved my original one and this new version has replaced it perfectly. looks smaller than the old one but suprisingly seems to be bigger in the main luggage area. very light and well finished with quality stiching and zips.”

“Quite simply the best boat bag, unless it`s rainnig hard, then a shakespere box type is probably better,although i have never had the contents of the bag wet,it has a rain cover built in.”
