“I have always bought antler for my Clumber spaniels and as they were finally due some new ones I thought I'd try a new supplier. The pictures show what I received. The listing states this category as "XXXL - 250g to 300g approx 8 inches (21cm)" For me at least they are accurate.
I do not buy slices as they are reduced to two thin pieces of the hard outer horn within the day, sometimes the hour, and the remnants have more resemblance to a prison shiv a la Hollywood than anything worth keeping. Splits keep their integrity being half a 'section' but for adult chewers the best value and interest for the dogs comes from the whole sections. I renew about every 6 months because the remaining piece is approaching choke hazard size.
I've never found a chew of any sort that holds their interest for weeks on end. They keep at it for a few days then keep coming back to it every few days as other toys take precedence briefly.
Yes, these are expensive in the initial purchase and take a week to arrive but, they are not as expensive as many gram for gram, and they last a very long time time even with ardent chewers.”

Why? Usually, my dog chews them for a little bit and then get's bored real soon. This one she loves, as you can tell from the video - she will not put it down!
We ordered the 'small' size as we have a cocker spaniel but thought that it may be too small - it's perfect though. It came very well packaged and it's great to find a product that actually is the same as the description given.
