“Great customer service. Ordered the wrong cable and the guy was extremely helpful on the phone - sent out new cable the same day and refund received for returned cable received a couple of days later. New cable works a treat. Needed to extend cable to virgin box. Cannot fault these guys.”
“Perfect! I needed to move the Virgin router in the living room of our new flat, and came across a YouTube video from 5 Star Cables advertising the extension cable. I couldn't see the need to call out an engineer at a ridiculous price for a call out fee for something that, in my mind, seemed so simple! Purchased the cable, plugged in, all good and getting exactly the same level as before.
