“Perfect! I needed to move the Virgin router in the living room of our new flat, and came across a YouTube video from 5 Star Cables advertising the extension cable. I couldn't see the need to call out an engineer at a ridiculous price for a call out fee for something that, in my mind, seemed so simple!
