“Fantastic service from James who video-called me to check my requirements as I wasn’t sure which cable I needed. Prompt delivery and works perfectly.
5* service, thank you :0)”
“Great clarification of correct choice of cable by YouTube video on the website. Effortless ordering, arrived promptly and was absolutely perfect for the job! Many thanks”
Really don't understand this feedback comment Ben?
Product is sold "as stated" it extends your virgin v6 box cable as per our video on website.
How can a v6 box not have connections?
Anyway, perhaps contact us and we can explain what to do.
Plenty of happy customers have had no problems with product?
