Hi, thanks for your review. As you know, there was an issue with the installation when the fitter arrived. The fitters have since been back and sorted this out for you and now all is OK with the tap and no issues reported since the fitter has been.

The unit is discrete and provides near-boiling water exactly as promised. And so convenient.
Strongly recommended. Should have had one years ago.”
