“Bought a mono mixer kitchen tap. Installation fitting are archaic, making fitting very difficult. Tap fitted then within 2 weeks spout became. very still and is moving the whole when moving the spout from side to side. Wanting to return it for refund but told it’s the way it was fitted. Then return but there will be return charges and I must pay for postage. Rang to speak with Wodar but told I can only email. In the process of getting my money back from my bank for a defective item. Poor quality product and even worse customer service. Got a replacement Bristan tap. Fitted in 15 minutes with amazing fittings and works perfectly. Wodar need to look at their design and even more their customer service. Still awaiting a reply for my refund.”
