“It’s a very good product but unfortunately you cannot secure the filter housing correctly as the housing fails on the cabinet when trying to secure the screws through the mounting plate. To mount it securely a spacer is required behind the plate.”
“This was the faffy part of installation. The bracket struggles to attach to the wall and be functional to swing out to reinstall a filter but hubby soon created a bracket base to fix this. We can definately taste the difference in our hot drinks and being in a hard water area it is nice to have filtered water.”
