“There are no instructions on how to fit the filter. The QR code that you put on the hot water tank and on the filter bottle only takes you to a page to buy filters, not to install them. I had to google it and use AI in the end. But there is still something not right, the filter light keeps flashing. Of course without instructions I am not sure how to make the flashing light stop. Also your installation booklet has hardly any user instructions, and there are again no filter installation instructions. This is poor.”
