“This tap is so conveinient to have and saves us loads on our heating bill we hardly ever use hot water from our normal tap due to us wasting a bucket of water waiting for it to get hot
Could improve 2 things on design in my oppion one beong the handle it digs into your hand especially if you have dexsterity issues secondly the pull down spout dosn't fully locate and hold when the spout is not being used”
“Tap is lovely, however two attempts from my builder and one from a plumber have been unable to get the filtered and boiling water working, the tank leaks and has flooded my new kitchen unit twice with boiling water (yet it won’t come out of the tap), customer service have no phone number so contact must be made by email and you have to wait days for responses. All in all with having to pay for return visits from tradesmen it as been a very expensive mistake.”
“Just installed my new tap all seems well and working fine. The only thing I would suggest is to colour code the tail connections to make it easier to identify them in such a tight position under the sink”
