“This is a terrible tap for these reasons:
1. Boiling water drips, it does not flow. We used to have Fohen, which flowed.
2. When you stop the boiling water, the tap keeps dripping for a long time before it eventually stops, I am talking about a minute, not just a few seconds. Fohen stopped instantly.
3. The installation guide provided in the package lacked instructions on what to do with the drainage hole on the boiler. Plumber figured it out but should not be like that.
4. Package lacked a screw, so was difficult to install.
I would 100% not recommend this tap. It is just not good. We had a Fohen and I miss it dearly, as it was perfect.”
