“I am very disappointed they sent the tap without full parts and I had to pay extra call out charge to plumber as he could not install it. I could not contact the company via phone only email and they took over 2 weeks to send part. Do not buy from here”
“Excellent look and clever 4 in 1 design. Difficult to fit and instructions were not well written. Suggest a proof read of documents included with the tap. Tap drips a lot for some time after using the boiling function. A lot of pipes and tubes to fit in a very small space and could benefit from some kind of identification marking.”
“I wasnt aware from the website that this would cause my water pressure to drop even further. I now have a trickle out of the tap. It said on the website you needed at least 1.5 bar which I believe we had. But when I read the instruction manual it said 3 bar. I also found the instructions very poor. Says you need to connect parts 1.2.3 but part labels are alphabetical. Not happy with it at all. Considering returning”
