“Terrible company to deal with. Damaged tank, two videos later. No tank no free filter as a gesture of good will ( not that I want anything for free) I would have bought one if I wanted one. Have to pay plumber to return and fit tank if it ever arrives. DO NOT USE. Kitchen finished two weeks ago ish and still no tap being used..... as kettle went out with old kitchen..... at least Costa are happy though”
Hi Chris, sorry to read this review. As company policy we require video evidence of any fault / return so we can process the spare part required. Our first and least disruptive option for our customer is to always supply a spare part as this then reduces fitting time needed. In this case we have supplied a spare part and a free of charge replacement tank, we then request for the original tank to be returned so that we can assess if this is a manufacturing fault or an error caused by incorrect fitting.
We are yet to receive the old tank back, however as soon as we do we can send to our quality control team to assess. In the mean time you should have received your new tank as promised.
