Hello Morena, We are very sorry to hear of your reaction. This is not something we have had reported before and we take customer feedback very seriously. We always like to offer our ongoing support to our customers and therefore you are welcome to email us at enquiries@wildnutrition.com, where we would be very happy to book you in for a free conversation with one of our in house nutritionists. In the case of the unsealed pack, we do not have seals on the tube itself as we like to minimise on packaging where possible. However we do have seals on the individual jars. If either of the jars seemed to be tapered with we would always recommend to not take them and reach out to us so that we can arrange for a replacement bottle to be sent to you.
