“I’m confident that I am getting the protein I need and other key vitamins. The only downside is you have to have it with smoothies and I don’t have these. The other recommendation was with my Greek yogurt but it does not look appetising. I have had to settle with having it in milk.”

If smoothies aren’t convenient, you might try mixing with milk as you did, or blending with warm oats or cereal for an easier option.
