“Unfortunately I don't like the taste and texture of the product. It does not mix well with food ie yogurt. Perhaps not doing this properly?”

“I wasn’t expecting High Fibre Plus to make me feel any different as I thought my digestive system was quite good, but I’m happy to report I was wrong. Within the first couple of weeks I was feeling more energised rather than my normal sluggish feeling. I have already recommended my sister try this as she has constant constipation problems.
