“I have mixed feelings towards the weight management supplement whilst still appreciating the quality of wild nutrition products but unfortunately this specific one is not for me. I think it has definitely helped my hunger and that’s allowed me to more easily get back into the swing of intermittent fasting. I didn’t choose this supplement with the aim of losing weight, the main appeal was hormonal support among other things. My issue is for roughly the same amount of time I’ve taken this (nearly the three month mark) my skin has been awful. I’ve had the worst perioral dermatitis I’ve had in over a decade and I’ve had very tender and angry acne around my chin to go with it! So I think I’ve potentially thrown a few things off balance. That said I think it will obviously suit the right people, and I’m sticking with Wild Nutrition and switching up my supplement.”

“I took this for 4 months and so no difference! I actually put weight on despite eating the same. Perhaps I'm an anomoly! That said it is a good product with clean ingredients and works as a multivitamin. Just didnt have any weight loss effect for me so have stopped taking.”
