“I've been taking it for 2 months, will give it another month, but I can't see a difference in sleep (in fact it seems worse) hair, nails, skin or energy. My skin is generally quite good as I make sure I use all the right products but even that seems quite dull. I will agree that its easy to take and I like the reuseable bottle, but I just can't see a difference. Quite possibly I need something else i.e. B12 but without blood tests it's trial and error.”

“Been taking this collagen for just over 2 months I've previously taken another brand, I haven't noticed too much difference to my hair or skin ive just turned 60 and im definitely noticing less plumpness in my skin all over. It might just be early days but im yet to find this effective. I also find it doesn't dissolve fully even when I use hot water and it has a taste to it that I didn't notice in the brand I was previously taking. I love the packaging and the refill pouch though.”
