“It's very difficult to review a probiotic in a month so I am hoping it is what I need as I have been tested and my gut bacteria is very poor and lacks diversity. One thing to mention is that as it is a powdered form I struggled to drink it first thing. It doesn't fully dissolve in water/juice so some can find that a little unpleasant. Other than that, product seems of good quality and a good diversity of strains.”
