“I'm on my second jar now and I really think they are having an effect. I have more energy and my sleep is also improved. Also I love the glass bottles, they feel and look beautiful (strange I know) but it feels like a ritual and an act of self care taking my supplements daily rather than just popping a pill from a plastic tub.”

“I started taking these during the winter months when I find it a struggle to keep motivated and energetic during darker days. I’m now on my second order and find these are a gem to keep me feeling active and less sluggish. I particularly noticed it when I stopped taking them for a couple of weeks, they do help give you a little boost and spring in your step especially in winter months! I take in the morning with food, as found on an empty stomach I felt a bit sick.”
