“The tablets themselves are very good, can be hard to swallow, but would like to continue with these vitamins however I signed up to the 30 day subscription, I am now out of vitamins and my new vitamins have still not arrived. Now I have gone a day without any, hopefully they will be here tomorrow.”

“Lovely packaging and branding but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend to pregnant women. The capsules have an extremely strong and unpleasant taste. They are quite large and you have to take 3 of them to get your dosage. I have taken many different supplements over the years and never had an issue with swallowing them. These are repulsive and make you gag. Not good for pregnant ladies who may have nausea etc.”

“At 8 months postpartum I started taking these supplements to improve the condition of my nails, and in the hope to reduce a flare=up of hormonally induced seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp. A few weeks in and I am already feeling and seeing a good improvement. My scalp is no longer sore and itchy, and the skin is starting to heal. I am really happy I was recommended these by Wild's Quiz. As I am a breastfeeding mum, I feel this supplement really supports me as I would like to say I eat oily fish often, but despite living by the sea, it's something I find hard to incorporate regularly into my diet - so for now this is really helping!”
