“I never write reviews but I've found this really good. I had a very severe b12 deficiency after my first pregnancy and got a series of b12 injections, raising my level from 80ng/l to 250ng/l six months later. Same thing happened in my second pregnancy and I got the injections but also took these supplements and in 6 months my level went from 120ng/l to 750ng/l, which suggests the supplements made a huge and measurable difference”
