“I have not been suffering with bloating and bad gas since using these biotics after each meal I used to get very bloated and feel quite uncomfortable. I take these biotics first thing in the morning before food. Keep yourself a month to 6 weeks for them to adjust because you may feel a bit gassy but soon that does subside great results .”

“I'd seen various 'similar' products online with claims about improving gut health and reducing 'dad bod', which is symptomatic of men in their 40s/50s, so I tried this product and am very glad I did. After a couple of months I noticed an improvement and now, five months in, I look and feel much better. Previous 'bloating' has substantially improved and I generally feel more energetic and alert.”
