“I love that this refill comes in a simple pouch & I just top up my bottle. I think these are great biotics. I started taking them as I found out I had H Pylori & had to take antibiotics. I wanted to take probiotics after I had got rid of the bacteria. These have really helped, feels like my insides are working much better!”
