“I started taking these the day after I gave birth and had no issues with my milk supply. I didn’t really know what to expect as a first time mom but I’m pleased I didn’t have any struggles. I took these for 2 months and then was advised to my the wild nutritionist that I wouldn’t need to take them anymore unless I needed to boost my supply in the future. Highly recommend.”

“Love the refill pouch as is more environmentally friendly, love the bottles too. As for the supplements, I can say that they are working in my case. Before starting taking these supplements my breast milk supply was low and had to top up with formula for my baby but now, I no longer use formula for baby and my breaks milk supply has increase. If I miss taking them one day, I can sure tell that milk supply is less than when taking supplements. The only downside of taking them is that due to iron ingredient it gives me troubles with bowel movement but can be manageable through diet. Overall I am very pleased with these supplements.”
