“I have been taking Wild Nutrition products for a few months now and am really impressed. My overall health and wellbeing feel improved generally. I find the products to be very high quality. I have taken many supplements over the years and I find wild nutritions to really deliver the benefits stated. Taking Ashwaganda i do feel somehow clearer and most positive - I have also been sleeping better. I am peri menopausal and have this product and the womens daily nutirent 45+ product alongside Ashwaganda to alse support. I highly recommend.”

“I do think the Ashwaganda tablets are helping my brain fog - I noticed a difference when I stopped taking them for a while when I was on holiday - next time, I'll take enough supply! “I experience low mood and anxiety and wanted a more natural supplement rather than taking Prescribed medication from the GP.
