“I’m always sceptical when it comes to taking supplements whether they actually work, or it’s just the placebo effect. I’ve been on the Breastfeeding supplement for just over 3 weeks now and my expressed milk quantity has shot up from 160ml to approx 230ml each time. I am absolutely over the moon!! :))) Nothing else in my lifestyle has changed bar me taking these. I’m still to notice any differences in reduced tiredness, so hopefully this is still to come. Overall I am very very impressed! Also the guidance of being able to take these at any time of day with or without food makes them even easier to just get them down with a glass of water first thing in the morning, any later and my new mum baby brain would forget ha! Looking forward to continuing my subscription and possibly on the look out for other supplements that could benefit me! THANK YOU!! X”

“I really agree with all the positive comments and it's definitely a good supplement. The only reason for lack of a star is because it doesn't have folic acid/folate or vitamin d. Both of these are absolutely key for breast feeding women... I suppose you could take them separately and then all would be well!”

We commonly recommend pairing this with our Pregnancy + New Mother Support which is a full multi with key nutrients needed for pregnancy and postpartum such as Vitamin D and Folate. “I bought these from Planet Organic and I have to say wow! I exclusively pump so am tracking my milk supply daily and I would estimate these have helped increase my supply by about 200ml per day. I had tried the expensive teas but don’t waste your money, these work out being much better value.”
