“As much as I wanted to love those vitamins unfortunately didn’t work out for me. It is naturaly derived rather than synthetics which made the strongest point for me to purchase. When I took the vitamins I found they have really suppressed any sweet cravings but have noticed that I felt bloated. Somehow they created water retention for me. This also happened with the multi vitamin product. I have pretty good energy levels so didn’t really notice any difference there. Because of the water retention side effect I won’t continue my purchases but if it works for your body then definitely is a better option than the vitamins circulating in high street stores.”

“I find that taking this gives me more energy. It's also food based, which means you get the benefit of the vitamins, instead of the benefits going down the toilet. I also recommended Wild Nutrition to my daughter. She has found a product that suits her individual needs as they varied from mine. A good product that I shall be purchasing again. They may cost a little more than shop bought vitamins but the benefits outweigh the cost. Would recommend.”
