“I’ve been taking Magnesium by Wild Nutrition for 3 months and have noticed my sleep improving (or I guess the difference in my sleep between when I don’t take it vs when I do) so I’ve become reliant on it for a good night of sleep. My nails also have gotten very strong and long, which is noticeable for me. The other benefit is from taking Magnesium my body doesn’t ache so much after a long run as it would normally, which I’m intrigued by and my husband takes it for football recovery so that’s interesting”
