“When I first started taking the supplements I wasn't sure if they gave me a slightly unsettled tummy so I stopped taking them for a few days and started again. Better second time. Not sure when is the best time to take them. Just before bed, I did seem to sleep better but some morning's I was drowsy and struggled to wake as early as i would normally do but that could be down to darker mornings, Christmas etc. Also can they give you a dull headache?”

“I've really noticed an improvement on how refreshed I feel after a night of sleep! As a co-sleeping breastfeeding mum, broken sleep was taking a toll on me, While my baby still wakes me up several times a night, I have begun feeling a lot more refreshed since taking thse supplements, as I am able to fall asleep more quickly again - and the sleep I do get feels more restorative.”
