“I don’t normally leave reviews but this product is amazing. For context, I’m in amenorrhea recovery and have been struggling with hormone imbalance for about a year which has given me really bad PMS, heavy periods etc. I’ve been taking this supplement for a month and I can’t believe how much it has helped! This period has been pain free, my PMS has improved dramatically, I haven’t had such bad water retention, and my cycle and period length are more regulated (been a bit all over the place in recovery). My periods feel like they have returned to normal. Would really recommend this product - it’s so good.”

“Honestly, I never leave reviews, but if I can help anyone else suffering with their periods as much as I was then it’s worth it - I ordered the Pre-Menstrual tablets. Needed to try something because I was suffering for half the month. From ‘7 days to period’ I would feel very depressed, tired, boobs so sore they felt like they had been cheese grated. Then period would come and I would be so heavy, exhausted, feel sick, and mentally so unstable. It really was unpleasant not just for me but for my family around me too. I’ve been taking the Pre-menstrual tablets for 2 months now, (i thought it would be better to review after a couple of months to see if the first one was a fluke!) and honestly I’m close to saying they have changed my life. First period, it literally snuck up on me. I didn’t even have any pre-bleeding pains etc. I actually started to mentally feel better after a few days of taking them, but wasn’t sure if it was a placebo effect, however I missed a few days and I noticed a decline in myself and picked back up on the tablets and felt my overall wellbeing pick back up again. I have had minimal symptoms (still slightly tender breasts and some mood swings) but a HUGE difference from without the tablets. Still feel tired and some cramps first couple of days of period, but nothing a couple of paracetamol won’t fix, and certainly nothing like before. Even my skin I have noticed a difference in too. Considerably less spots around my jaw (hormonal area) during the month. Love the original packaging and love that the refill comes in the recyclable packaging. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend these tablets enough. I think for the price alone they are such good value for money, and I also love what the business stands for and the customer service has been impeccable.”

“Having been diagnosed with PMDD and not wanting to take any contraceptive medication as a treatment, I immediately ordered this supplement. “After over 15 years of very heavy and extremely painful long periods with no apparent cause I feel like I've found a solution. My periods are lighter, pms reduced and pain is nowhere near as bad. In addition I've also become less bloated and my IBS symptoms have diminished. Can't believe it.”

“Really pleased with the product. I was sceptical at first wondering if a ‘vitamin pill’ would have any effect but I’ve been taking for a couple of months now and noticed that my skin is much better (I would normally have breakouts the week before a period) and my moods are more level in the week before a period too. I think they really having making a difference and would recommend giving them a try if you have issues with low mood in the lead up to a period.”
