“I don’t know if supplements actually helped balance my hormones or if it’s just lifestyle changes, or maybe a mixture of both! Saying that after a few months of taking these and improving my diet (having protein for breakfast instead of fruit!) I had blood tests taken and all of my hormones have balanced out. Hoping this leads to conception. I have read that the normal boots / Holland and Barretts supplements are synthetic so wild nutrition is more natural, which of course is probably better.”
