“These supplements are a satisfaction that they are food grown and don't have any chemicals in them , so completely safe for the teens. The subscription makes you keep up to date if you are missing any. My son takes them first thing in the morning and knows that they are food grown and is first time sticking to taking the supplements. Yesterday we received the 2nd months supply. Would recommend highly.”

“The biggest challenge is the ability of a boy to swallow such huge capsules. We are mixing them into foods but the flavour is strong and everything goes orange! Given the audience maybe there is an alternative format?”

“I'm sure they are great but they are too big as nutrient tablets for a 13 year old to swallow. I'd like a refund please. Or maybe you can think of another option.”

We're so sorry to hear that our capsules were too large to swallow. We really appreciate your feedback. However, I'm happy to tell you that our capsules can be opened and sprinkled into any cold drink or food, yoghurt, cooled porridge, fruit purees or smoothies.
