“For those who have no idea what is their Zinc level: do not take it as a supplement. I had awful stomach cramps while taking Wild Nutrition Zinc Plus capsules for 3 weeks. As soon as I stopped it, the cramps were gone. Zinc has this side effect on the body, specifically if your natural level of Zinc is normal. There is plenty of Zinc in food in your normal diet. Think well before taking any supplement, consult your GP if not sure”

“I have been taking Wild Nutrition supplements for a while and recently added in Zinc having caught a nasty virus. It has definitely helped me to feel better quicker I believe but I have also noticed my hair is shinier, not breaking as much and my nails are growing quicker too! All in all a great product and highly recommend.”
