“Have only used this once + the conditioning bar and they left my hair feeling soft and shiny. They both smell wonderful although as both the shampoo and conditioner are the same colour I'm a bit worried about getting them mixed up!”

“It's a real shame this products quality is so poor, the smell is incredible and it cleans hair nicely but the bar is too soft and it breaks apart easily. I have been using shampoo bars for about 10 years and this one of the worst. This formula isn't up to standard. One bar lasted about 3/4 weeks which is very poor. Such a shame because I like the company's ideals”
Good morning Laura, thanks for the review, we really appreciate all feed back. Last month we had a production issue with the Shampoo Bars with an ingredient problem. This made the bars a lot softer than normal and it sounds like one may have slipped through or was missed in the QC process. Please can you advise your WD order number or advise you full postal address and I will arrange to get you a replacement sent out.

“I absolutely love this shampoo! The scent is wonderful. It lathers well, as long as you rub the soap into you hair and not just your hands. Whe I first started using the shampoo I could leave my hair for a couple of days between washes. Now I've used it for around six weeks, I can leave it up to five days between washes. It seems to have rebalanced the natural oils on my head. I have recently purchased another two bars. I'm a complete convert and wouldn't dream of going back to a liquid shampoo.”
“This is lovely shampoo bar, a nice texture and lovely natural scent, but, it lasted only for about 6 hair washes for me hence the three star review. I don't think this is anywhere near good value for money at all which is why I will not order this again.
My hair is shoulder length and the bar was kept on a soap draining dish at the end of my bath away from the shower with my other soaps from wideye which I love. I was really surprised at how quickly the bar disintegrate into tiny pieces.”
