“I wanted to love this but didn’t enjoy the fragrance - strong orange rather than a more subtle blend of patchouli and orange. Also it felt more like a novelty soap than one for grown ups. I’ve been testing out handmade soaps as I’ve not used them in the shower for years but wanted to get away from shower gels and the plastic packaging so wideye seemed like a good option, however I did find the soaps a bit gimmicky, more for teens and youngsters. I think I’m more about natural ingredients with a less in your face scent. Also, the oil in the sop seemed to leave the shower and sink really scummy, I’ve not had this with other brands of natural soap so im not sure why this brand was so bad.”
