“Bought this shower set as a gift - peeked inside and how lovely it is! I know she’ll love it. Also bought the rescue balm for my feet which is incredible; I have cracked heels and have been putting oil on them but no real difference; I applied the balm the day it came and the NEXT DAY the cracks have gone! I’m astounded!
I messaged the company on the chat as it looked as if I hadn’t received the balm and the lady explained that it sometimes gets lost in the packaging so I went through my recycling bin and lo and behold there it was! I quickly messaged again and explained but she had already sent one out as a goodwill gesture. I wish more companies would follow their example of excellent customer service, a rarity these days. Proud to buy from an ethical small business, will definitely return - thanks!”
